TailoringTailoring one of the most versatile skills throughout Temuair. It will allow you to repair your armor when used, and it also allows you to enhance the quality of the armor. Even though it is available to Monks and Warriors, Rogues are the most natural Class for the skill. Most Temuarian Circle armors can be tailored to either one of the following: Good, Fine, Grand or Great. As an Armor is Tailored, the insight required to wear the armor will also increase . Furthermore, the Weight will decrease, Value increases and the Armor Class will improve. The armor also becomes perishable. You can't use tailor on any Dyed or already Tailored armor as well.When you are ready to tailor, go to one of the tailor's throughout Temuair. Some are located in Mileth, Abel, Piet and Rucesion. With an assistant the success rate of the tailoring will increase dramatically. Place the armor you wish to tailor in the first slow and talk with the Tailor. Put you assistant's name in and start your tailoring. The more tailoring you do, the higher your tailoring skill will go. Tailoring requires Labor, and your Tailoring skill will be visible in your legend. Here is a list of the affects; there are exceptions to these rules, especially Oren armors.
Level 1 Armor Exception: Level 1 armors only raise by +2 Insight per Tailor.
DyeingAnother task you can perform with the Tailoring skill is Dyeing the color of the Armor. Most Temuarian Circle Armors can be dyed one of the following Regions: Mileth, Rucesion, Loures(In Piet), Undine, Suomi, Oren. If you wish to dye the armor, you will need to be a Respected Citizen, fine an assistant and go to the Tailor in the city you wish to dye. Use "Grand" or "Normal" dyeing depending on the armor you wish to dye. |
